As president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland, I would like to welcome you to our spectacular new-home showcase — Homearama.

This show is designed to not only impress you with the newest trends in design and technology, including elements of green building, but also to give you ideas you can take home.

A show of this magnitude is not put together overnight. The builders, sponsors, committees, trades and suppliers have been working for months to showcase the benefits of what our industry has to offer. Without the tireless efforts of the builders, Alexandra Fine Homes, Casa Construction, Otero Signature Homes, Paglia Homes, Palmieri Builders, Premier Custom Builders and Prestige Homes, this event would not be possible. They are showcasing unique homes that are truly “show” homes. Also, Canyon Woods’ developer, Dino Palmieri of Palmieri Builders, must be commended for his efforts and dedication to the show. Dino, also the show’s chairperson, has done an outstanding job leading those involved in the planning of this grand event and keeping up with the pace of the planning, all the while building a home for the show himself.

As you tour the show you will notice the fine craftsmanship, elegance and creativity that the professionals in the home-building industry have to offer. Whether you are looking to buy a new home or make improvements to your existing home, remember that the members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cleveland have a long-standing tradition of professional standards.
